Hi, I’m Amber Fisher, founder of Superchick Fitness.  I like to say I’m a “Food and Fitness Coach,” and my passion is to “train women to train themselves.”

I started this blog (fitQuest) to take the mystery out of all things food and fitness as I share my experiences, whether from today or from my years of searching and researching.
I believe that healthy living should be simple and fun.

We will discuss things like:

  • Nutrition vs. Fat loss
  • Resistance training vs. Cardio
  • Grocery shopping vs. Eating out
  • … and how everything fits together in this neat place called ‘your life’…

Some of my other interests are:

  • Being married  :)
  • All things simple – and pairing it with creative living
  • Our two Italian Greyhounds
  • A great cup of coffee
  • My church, Speak the Word Church International
  • Teaching 2-4 year olds in Sunday School
  • Traveling and meeting new people
