Hi, I’m Amber Fisher, founder of Superchick Fitness. I like to say I’m a “Food and Fitness Coach,” and my passion is to “train women to train themselves.”
I started this blog (fitQuest) to take the mystery out of all things food and fitness as I share my experiences, whether from today or from my years of searching and researching.
I believe that healthy living should be simple and fun.
We will discuss things like:
- Nutrition vs. Fat loss
- Resistance training vs. Cardio
- Grocery shopping vs. Eating out
- … and how everything fits together in this neat place called ‘your life’…
Some of my other interests are:
- Being married

- All things simple – and pairing it with creative living
- Our two Italian Greyhounds
- A great cup of coffee
- My church, Speak the Word Church International
- Teaching 2-4 year olds in Sunday School
- Traveling and meeting new people
